The Local Fluency
Smoky mezcal paloma with grapefruit, jalapeño & Tajín rim — Austin in a glass
Local is not smaller — it is sharper
Why this cocktail? Cindy's advantage is lived context. This smoky Austin paloma — grit, brightness, bite — is local fluency in a glass.
The Story
Cindy's superpower is local fluency — knowing which Austin streets tolerate noise, which vendors deliver under pressure. This smoky paloma captures that ground-level intelligence: mezcal for Texas grit, grapefruit for the brightness of seeing problems before they surface, and jalapeño for the bite of telling clients no when necessary.
