    Ingredients

    • 2 oz bourbon
    • 0.25 oz demerara syrup
    • 2 dashes black walnut bitters
    • Smoked orange peel
    • Large ice cube

    Preparation

    1. 1.Stir bourbon, demerara, and bitters with ice for 30 seconds.
    2. 2.Strain over a large ice cube.
    3. 3.Express and smoke an orange peel over the glass.
    4. 4.Drop the peel in and serve.
