Steel & Margin Old Fashioned
Bourbon, demerara, black walnut bitters & smoked orange peel — nothing abstract
Fabrication is steel, logistics, depreciation, and margin — Cindy likes real
Why this cocktail? Cindy moved from experiential to fabrication — steel, margin, nothing abstract. This no-nonsense old fashioned is her.
The Story
When Cindy moved into fabrication, she embraced steel, logistics, and EBITDA. Nothing abstract. This old fashioned is that philosophy: bourbon for substance, demerara for earned sweetness, black walnut bitters for complexity, and a smoked orange peel because she begins with wonder and ends with math.
