The Red Velvet Martini
Chocolate vodka, crème de cacao, red velvet syrup & cream cheese foam
Named for the agency she built — RED VELVET — red for prosperity, velvet for texture
Why this cocktail? Cindy built RED VELVET from scratch in Austin. This dessert martini — bold, textured, memorable — is her brand in a glass.
The Story
Cindy named her agency RED VELVET — red for prosperity in Chinese culture, velvet because it felt tactile. This dessert martini captures both: chocolate vodka for depth, red velvet syrup for the boldness of starting something from nothing, and cream cheese foam for the smoothness that comes from twenty years of mastery.
