The Long Game Aged Negroni
Barrel-aged gin, Campari & sweet vermouth — patience in a glass
Patience and instinct — the hallmarks of a career built over decades
Why this cocktail? Greg's career was never about quick wins. A barrel-aged Negroni requires patience to develop — just like his approach.
The Story
Greg Topalian's career is a masterclass in playing the long game. This barrel-aged Negroni mirrors that philosophy: the same three ingredients as a classic Negroni, but transformed by weeks of patience in an oak barrel. Time softens the edges, deepens the flavors, and creates something you could never rush.
