The Peacock Alley
Champagne, cognac, gold-flecked honey & a lemon ribbon
For the marble corridor where the Gilded Age came to be seen
The Story
Peacock Alley was the 300-foot promenade where Gilded Age New York strutted between the Waldorf and the Astoria. This Champagne cocktail is dressed for that parade: cognac and gold-flecked honey beneath a cascade of bubbles, finished with a long lemon ribbon. It glitters because it should — a drink for arriving, for lingering, for being seen.
