The Per-Person
Negroni built precisely 1:1:1 — every ingredient priced in, no surprise at the bill
One price per person, all-inclusive. No hidden line items.
Why this cocktail? Equal parts, no hidden fees, full clarity on the first sip — the per-person model in a glass.
The Story
Convene's whole thesis was a transparent transaction: one number, everything in. The Negroni — gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, exactly equal — is the same idea in a glass. Nothing is negotiated separately. Nothing arrives as a surprise. The bitter, the sweet, and the spirit are all priced into the first sip.
