Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh strawberry purée
- 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz sparkling water
- Toasted marshmallow foam
- Strawberry slice
Preparation
- 1.Shake strawberry, vanilla, and lemon with ice.
- 2.Strain into a coupe and top with sparkling water.
- 3.Spoon toasted marshmallow foam on top.
- 4.Garnish with a strawberry slice.
