- 2 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz demerara syrup
- 3 oz whole milk
- Nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.Combine rum, lemon, and syrup.
- 2.Pour the mixture into warm milk to curdle; rest 1 hour.
- 3.Strain through a coffee filter until crystal clear.
- 4.Serve chilled over ice with grated nutmeg.
