The Walk-Through
Smoky mezcal with rosemary & grapefruit — the floor walk in a glass
Observational leadership: listening, noticing, walking the room before deciding
Why this cocktail? Paul leads by walking floors and noticing. This smoky, sharp mezcal is observation as strategy.
The Story
Before Paul Miller makes a decision, he walks the floor. Not to be seen walking — to see. What are exhibitors saying? Where are buyers clustering? What's working and what's failing? The data is physical. This smoky mezcal with rosemary and grapefruit captures that discipline: smoke for the complexity of what you notice, rosemary for the sharpness of attention, and grapefruit for the clarity that comes when you trust your eyes over the dashboard.
