The Koreatown
Korean BBQ beef lettuce cup with pickled daikon & gochujang
K-Town's sizzling flavors in a garden-fresh wrap
The Story
LA's Koreatown is the largest Korean community outside of Korea — a neon-lit neighborhood of sizzling BBQ joints, karaoke bars, and late-night food crawls. Bulgogi, the sweet-savory marinated beef grilled over open flame, is the star of every Korean BBQ table. This lettuce cup wraps that caramelized, smoky beef with crunchy pickled daikon and a swirl of fiery gochujang — a hand-held taste of K-Town's electric energy.
