The Succession
48-hour braised short rib on potato rösti with horseradish gremolata
Legacy is not inherited — it is engineered
The Story
One of the quiet dramas of every SISO CEO Summit is the conversation about what comes next. Founders who built exhibition empires from scratch sit beside private equity–backed operators calculating exit multiples. Succession — whether through family, sale, or strategic merger — is the undercurrent that runs beneath every toast and every handshake. This slow-braised short rib on crispy rösti, topped with a bright horseradish gremolata, honors the patience, depth, and deliberation that true succession planning demands.
