    The Tartan

A one-inch shortbread square topped with whisky-glazed haggis and an edible tartan sash

For the pattern that becomes a passport in every host city

Why this bite? The Tartan Army travels in pattern. A shortbread haggis bite wearing an edible tartan — belonging you can taste.

    The Story

The tartan is more than cloth — it's a signal that says 'you're welcome here.' This bite wears it literally: a warm shortbread base cradling a spoonful of whisky-glazed haggis, capped with a printed edible tartan sash. It is Scotland introducing itself before it says a word, a pocket of Highland warmth carried into any room in the world.
