Claudia's Focus
A disciplined, stripped-back martini — opportunity edited down to the one thing worth chasing today
Before certain meetings he receives a text telling him what not to chase that day.
Why this cocktail? Opportunity is endless; focus is scarce. This stripped-back martini is Claudia editing the day down to what matters.
The Story
Running 300 people across 19 offices is not a one-person job, and Colja names his wife first. Claudia Köhler-Dams is co-CEO, and where Colja chases trends and the next opportunity, she supplies the perpetually scarce resource: focus. Before certain meetings she texts him what not to chase that day, which directions to leave alone. There is no shortage of opportunity in his world; there is a permanent shortage of focus. This stripped-back martini is that discipline — nothing extra, nothing decorative, every element removed until only the one thing worth chasing remains.
