The Field of Dreams
Bourbon & corn syrup old fashioned with honey, orange & wheat stalk — Iowa in a glass
An Iowa cornfield reborn as a Field of Dreams ballpark
Why this cocktail? Freeman turned a cornfield into a ballpark. This bourbon — amber, golden, grounding — is Iowa made liquid.
The Story
The Field of Dreams game required building a ballpark in an Iowa cornfield. This bourbon old fashioned with corn syrup and honey is that transformation: amber and golden like the Midwest sunset, sweet and grounding like the earth it was built on, and garnished with a wheat stalk because the best venues grow from what's already there.
