- 2.5 oz gin
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
- Geometric ice cube
- Rosemary sprig
- Lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.Stir gin and vermouth with ice until very cold.
- 2.Strain into a chilled coupe over geometric ice.
- 3.Stand rosemary sprig vertically.
- 4.Express lemon twist over surface.
