    The Temporary City

Crystal clear gin martini with geometric ice & rosemary spire — precision in a glass

The walls, the ceilings, the venue itself: none of it has to exist

Why this cocktail? Janet builds temporary cities. This crystal martini — pristine, precise, beautifully temporary — is that engineering.

    The Story

Every Freeman build is a temporary city — engineered to feel permanent, designed to vanish. This crystal clear gin martini with a geometric ice cube is that philosophy: pristine, precise, and beautifully temporary. The rosemary spire stands like a building that will be gone by morning.
