The Story
Brewster says the trade show floor is a superhighway of contradicting opinions — every conversation reshapes perception. This rum punch is that superhighway in a glass: white rum, dark rum, pineapple, lime, and a splash of bitters that all argue with each other and somehow add up to something you remember. Drink it and you have heard four versions of the same event.

Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 0.75 oz dark rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.25 oz orgeat
- 2 dashes Angostura
- Mint sprig
Preparation
- 1.Shake all ingredients except dark rum and bitters with ice.
- 2.Strain over crushed ice in a tall glass.
- 3.Float dark rum on top, dot with bitters.
- 4.Garnish with mint and a pineapple wedge.
