The Survey First
Gin martini built to spec — every measurement decided before the first pour
Write the survey first. Design the event backwards from it.
Why this cocktail? Mark writes the survey first. This martini is built to spec — every measurement decided in advance.
The Story
Brewster builds events the way he builds martinis: every metric decided before the first ingredient hits the glass. This bone-dry martini is the inversion in liquid form — gin, vermouth, and a twist measured to the gram, served in a chilled coupe, designed to deliver a precise outcome rather than a hopeful one.
