The Kastner Protocol
A negroni announced from the stage three times before it arrives at your table
Her lowest survey response rate is 74 percent. She has never paid an incentive.
Why this cocktail? Nicola Kastner promotes her survey three times. This negroni is announced, anticipated, and credited.
The Story
Nicola Kastner does not pay for survey responses — she earns them by promoting the survey from the stage three times before service. This negroni is the same protocol: gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, the most legible cocktail on the menu, announced and anticipated long before the first sip. By the time it lands, the room knows exactly why it was poured.
