Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz Champagne
- Lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.Shake gin, lemon, elderflower, and syrup with ice.
- 2.Strain into a chilled flute.
- 3.Top slowly with Champagne.
- 4.Garnish with a long lemon twist.
