Ingredients
- 2 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz pineapple
- 0.5 oz demerara syrup
- 2 oz whole milk
- Nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.Combine rum, citrus, pineapple, and syrup.
- 2.Add to warm milk to curdle, then rest.
- 3.Strain through a coffee filter until crystal clear.
- 4.Serve over ice; grate nutmeg on top.
