    The Rail Splitter

Smoked bourbon sour with egg white, cherry syrup & charred rosemary

Rustic strength meets refined craft — befitting Honest Abe

    The Story

Abraham Lincoln was famously temperate — he rarely drank and once said, 'I am a firm believer in the people.' But the America he preserved was built on bourbon country, and the rail fences of his frontier youth were split from the same wood that gives bourbon its smoky character. This smoked bourbon sour honors his rustic origins and moral clarity with a cocktail that's honest, balanced, and unforgettable.
