The Story
A Bramble raised in the Cairngorms. Highland gin — botanical, herbal, quietly wild — shaken with lemon and a spoon of Scottish raspberry liqueur, poured over crushed ice and crowned with a heather sprig. It's the moor in a nick-and-nora, the quiet half of the Tartan Army's story served cold.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Highland gin
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Scottish raspberry liqueur
- Crushed ice
- Heather sprig
Preparation
- 1.Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice; strain into a coupe over fresh crushed ice.
- 2.Slowly pour raspberry liqueur so it bleeds down.
- 3.Garnish with a sprig of heather.
- 4.Serve with a short straw.
