The Tartan
Islay Scotch, sweet vermouth, heather honey & orange bitters — a smoky Rob Roy
For the pattern that says 'you're welcome' before a word is spoken
The Story
The Tartan pour is a Rob Roy in Highland dress: peated Islay Scotch stirred with sweet vermouth and a drop of heather honey, finished with orange bitters and a tartan-ribbon garnish. It's the toast that opens the room — smoke, warmth and unmistakable place, three sips deep.
