The Story
Anyone can throw a party for a fashion house. Making America's toothpaste feel like it belongs in the cultural conversation is the harder, better trick, and it usually takes one visionary inside the company to give the idea cover before the rest of the executives get into it. So the bite is deliberately banal at its core — mint, the flavor of the drugstore aisle — and then plated, chilled and finished as if it cost a fortune. Same trick, one inch wide.

- White chocolate
- Fresh mint leaves
- Heavy cream
- Cacao nibs
- Maldon salt
- Silver leaf (optional)
Preparation
- 1.Steep mint in warm cream, strain, and melt into white chocolate.
- 2.Set the ganache 1" deep and chill until firm.
- 3.Cut clean 1" cubes and hold cold until service.
- 4.Finish each with cacao nibs, a flake of salt and, if the room warrants it, silver leaf.
