- Ground lamb
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Garlic
- Greek yogurt
- Fresh mint
- Lemon zest
- Sumac
Preparation
- 1.Mix lamb with cumin, coriander, garlic; form 1" meatballs.
- 2.Sear and finish in oven, 350°F for 6 min.
- 3.Whisk yogurt with mint, lemon zest, salt.
- 4.Spoon a coin of yogurt onto each plate, set meatball on top, dust with sumac.
