- Sweet potato (cut into 1" cubes)
- Maple syrup
- Brown butter
- Smoked sea salt
- Black pepper
- Crispy sage leaf
Preparation
- 1.Roast sweet potato cubes at 425°F until tender.
- 2.Glaze with reduced maple and brown butter.
- 3.Finish with smoked salt and a crack of pepper.
- 4.Top each cube with a single fried sage leaf.
