Ingredients
- Japanese eggplant
- White miso paste
- Mirin
- Wonton wrappers
- Pickled ginger
- Sesame seeds
- Scallion
Preparation
- 1.Slice eggplant into rounds, score and brush with miso-mirin glaze.
